The product range, combined with customized solutions, allows Van Tetering to effectively provide a very loyal customer base with the right railway machines and accessories.
Since December 2019, Van Tetering Railroad Equipment has been part of Royal Reesink B.V. Together with Kemp Groep, Huur&Stuur, and De Bruycker-Kemp, Van Tetering Railroad Equipment forms the Reesink Construction Equipment (RCE) division, with 12 locations in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Mechanical Engineer/Draughtsman
What will you do?
In the role of Mechanical Engineer/Draughtsman, you will be involved in the development of specialized machines and accessories for railway construction. You will work on 3D designs (in SolidWorks), create manuals, and act as the direct link to colleagues in production. You are part of a national team of specialists delivering unique products with a high level of safety and quality. The challenge in this role is that no machine is the same. With the development of electrified machines, the diversity will only increase. To get an idea of the machines, watch the following Youtube videos:

Who are you?
This exciting role is especially suitable for someone who is passionate about contributing to the development of these machines. Ideally, you have a relevant vocational education in mechanical engineering, motor vehicle technology, or mechatronics, and are familiar with working with a drafting program like SolidWorks. If you are accustomed to using a different drafting program, we offer the opportunity to learn SolidWorks with us. Learning and development are central in our organization. Furthermore, you are a communicative person who is engaged in their work and has a strong sense of responsibility. We welcome recent graduates with internship experience as a draughtsman to apply.
