In close collaboration with sister company Van Tetering Railroad Equipment in Steenbergen, Kemp Groep has fully assembled and delivered the machine. The Atlas 180Wsr with a double cabin has been converted into a railway machine by the specialists at Van Tetering Railroad Equipment in Steenbergen. The conversion from a basic machine to a railway machine requires a lot of time and attention. This includes, among other things: a reinforced rail undercarriage with fork system, hydraulic quick-change function, Last Moment Security System, shunting couplings, hydraulic outriggers on the left and right, and a pressurized system.
In addition, the railway machine is equipped with various practical options and safety features such as toolboxes on both sides of the undercarriage, pressure relief on the quick couplings, a fire extinguisher, first aid box, reverse signal, railway lighting, and additional work lighting. The Atlas 180Wsr is also delivered with an extended boom and a aerial work platform.
